E2 EndureXcel: A New 12 week cycle program description
A comprehensive program designed by Fluid Health and Fitness to prepare individuals for endurance sports and fitness competitions while minimizing the risk of injury.
The program may include:

Focus on Form and Biomechanics: Prioritizing correct form and biomechanics to enhance performance and reduce the likelihood of injury during training and competition.

12-Week Periodized Program: Structured over 12 weeks, the program includes assessments such as functional movement screens, limb symmetry checks, and endurance tests.

Variety of Exercises: Incorporates exercises like SkiErg, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Walking DB Lunges, and Wall Balls to improve strength, power, and endurance.

Strength Training: Features two days a week of strength training, alternating between odd weeks focusing on speed and power adaptations and even weeks emphasizing endurance and volume tolerance.

Progress Tracking and Celebration: Participants are tested after 12 weeks to measure progress, with celebrations to showcase improvements among peers.

Metabolic Conditioning and Mobility Classes: Zone-based cardio progressions and mobility classes tailored to address specific deficits identified in functional movement screens.
