Practice Philosophy: Movement is life; it is the momentum for optimal living and improved quality of life.

With the advancement of the profession, now more than ever, we are charged with the responsibility to break the status quo that a sedentary lifestyle is acceptable. For current and future physical therapists, it is our duty to advocate the efficacy of our preventive services and wellness, as well as rehabilitative expertise.

What patients say about me: Easy to talk to, empathetic

On a personal note: I am a lifelong athlete, with wrestling as my original passion. After being riddled with a significant life-altering knee injury, I threw in the towel. I started practicing physical therapy in West Virginia, where I picked a new identity as a rock climber. Since moving to Southern Canada (Minnesota) and its lack of mountains, you will now see me on my bike on the road or in the woods. During the winter hibernation, you may find me brewing/enjoying beer and attempting to ski.
