Caitlin Anear

Massage Therapist

I believe that movement is healing, and healing is best done in a supportive community. With over 15 years in healthcare and a background in dance and athletics, I approach massage therapy with a deep respect for the body’s resilience and complexity. My work with individuals with disabilities has shaped a compassionate, attentive approach to care, grounded in the belief that every client is multifaceted, with unique and evolving needs. I treat each client as a whole person—honoring the physical and emotional layers that shape their experience. My goal is to support healing, recovery, and growth through intentional, collaborative care and to empower clients to have the tools to improve their own mobility and body awareness.

Integrity, respect, authenticity, gratitude and compassion.

“With a small dedicated group there is nothing that can’t be accomplished. The world is not enough”

Movement has always been my anchor—first as a young dancer and athlete, and now as an adult, where it’s been a powerful source of healing. I’ve been personally impacted by the Fluid program and feel stronger than I have since high school, so it’s an honor to now join as a provider.

Outside of work, you’ll find me trying to keep up with my three school-age kids and hanging out with my husband of 15 years, ideally near a lake somewhere. We recently returned to my home state of Minnesota after many years in Australia, and I’m happy to be back and living in beautiful Stillwater.
