Applied Fundamentals | Learning Lab

Discover how your body moves with our 12-week Learning Lab—an interactive deep dive into the science of movement. You’ll learn the kinetics and kinematics of all six major regions of the body through three focused training blocks—sagittal, frontal, and transverse—exploring how muscles, joints, and force vectors work together. Guided by DNS principles and developmental milestones, this course helps you build smarter movement, better control, and lasting resilience.

Applied Fundamentals | Performance Lab

Building on the Learning Lab, the Performance Lab turns movement science into practical, restorative training.
You’ll relearn the body’s natural foundations—rolling, crawling, kneeling, and early gait—to rebuild balance, coordination, and core stability from the inside out. This hands-on approach helps you move with less pain, more control, and greater strength in everything you do.

This 8-level program guides participants through the full spectrum of strength development—from reflexive control to endurance, hypertrophy, maximal strength, and power. Active Respiratory Mechanics Training™

Enhance your respiratory efficiency and core stability with our comprehensive 12-week program.

Mobility & Release Series™

Restore joint integrity and balance through advanced mobility and recovery techniques that combine self-myofascial release, percussion inhibition, muscle activation methods, and self-mobilization drills for analgesic management, improved joint tracking, and enhanced movement efficiency.

RUC FIT Classes™

Engage in load-bearing training with the Ruc Pack to enhance biomechanics, posture, and metabolic conditioning—building real-world strength, endurance, and movement efficiency.

Resistance-Based Metabolic Conditioning™

This 12-week program fuses strength and cardio using undulated, peripheral heart action circuits that enhance core stability and myofascial activation. Each week progresses from base to VO₂-level training, combining DNS-based push–pull resistance patterns and neuromuscular efficiency drills to build endurance, power, and integrated movement control.

Fluid Origins Series™

Fluid’s signature beta offerings—introducing new modalities grounded in the same biomechanical, respiratory, and developmental principles that define our system. Flow Mechanical, Dowel, and Fluid Yoga are examples of Origin classes currently offered.
